At Meravit, we go beyond a few recommendations in a PowerPoint. Our main objective is to develop and deliver actionable solutions based on our analysis. We empower clients with tools they can use independently, such as dashboards, mobile or web applications, algorithms, and more. Anyone can tell you that you have to implement the latest AI and software solutions to grow your business. But can they actually provide them to you? We can.
Our Story

2019
Just an Idea - First Prototype
We were born in 2019, and our name was not MERAVIT. We were a SaaS, called EasyDesk. It was a booking system tailored to universities, so that students could make a better use of the study spots around the campus.

2019
Weekend of Startups - John Cabot University
We participated to the Weekend of Startups organized by the John Cabot University (JCU) in Rome. We arrived second, won two acceleration programs, and our team grew larger.
MAR
2020
Covid-19 arrives in Italy
We helped JCU to safely reopen its facilities during Covid-19. The university used EasyDesk to manage 163 desks in 19 study areas, the cafeteria, and the gym. During the first 6 months of operations we recorded more than 11.000 bookings.

EasyDesk was Founded!
After releasing a more stable version of our product, we decide to fully commit and launch our tech startup, EasyDesk.

Incubation at CesenaLab
Looking for mentorship and guidance, we entered a certified Italian acceleration program at CesenaLab.

2022
IT Consulting for the Italian region of Emilia-Romagna
We started our collaboration with the Region of Emilia Romagna, third in Italy in terms of GDP. Since then, we have been providing them with software solutions. We developed a scalable facility management system, dAPPERtutto, which allows the administration to manage their office spaces. Employees use it to book desks and meeting rooms, and thanks to IoT they can also unlock doors and access spaces autonomously.

Computer vision for WEO
We worked for 3 months with WEO, an environmental startup based in Luxembourg. We helped them improve their semantic segmentation model for the land cover of Luxembourg. We improved their F1 score from around 72% to just above 80%.

We became an official Deloitte supplier
We started our collaboration with Deloitte, and we are helping them on the front-end development for a major Italian bank until the end of June 2025.

Forecasting with AI at Cérélia
Since September 2024, we have been advising Cérélia, a French multinational food company. We are helping them improve their sales forecasting approach, leveraging the latest AI technologies and solutions.

EasyDesk gets a new name... MERAVIT!
After a few years of providing consulting services, we felt it was time for a complete rebranding. That's why we chose a new name, MERAVIT!
